How we deal with complaints and requests

If you wish to know what personal information we hold about you in order to ensure it is accurate or complete, please contact us. In some cases, we use third party providers, such as MailChimp – external site where you can easily access the information we hold about you via an “update your subscription preferences” link.  It is our policy to ensure you have the ability to access your personal information easily.
