Feast of St Joseph. MSC/ Chevalier Family Spirituality

Jules Chevalier had a strong devotion to St Joseph.

The spiritual tradition of the Church hails Joseph as ‘the wise and just man’, wise in the Old Testament tradition of the father who instructs his son, just in the tradition of his namesake, warned in dreams, to make just decisions.

Jules Chevalier saw St Joseph in this light and declared, in the heart perspective, that he was model and patron of us, those who love the Heart of Jesus.
